1310 Studios recently worked with local freelance copywriter, Katie Fisher in developing her website. She needed an online presence that would tout her copywriting skills and display her portfolio of work in a clean and powerful way. Fisher also need a blog component that she could update herself with postings. 1310 Studios started by producing a custom script type treatment and simple color scheme that would act as the basis for her brand. We also chose a secondary font that resembled typewriter letterforms to help reinforce the nature of her skills. The website uses a mixture of flash animation, javascript and xml to present her portfolio in an engaging way. A WordPress blog was seamlessly incorporated into the site's design.
